McDonalds - who are large donors to the Republican party. Co-ordinated
by Belgian group, Mother Earth, the Boycott Bush International Network
is made up of about 150 groups supporting the boycott call in more than
40 countries including the US.

Boycott Esso

This boycott was launched in the UK on 8th May 2001 by Friends of the
Earth, Greenpeace and the student campaign group People and Planet. It
asks consumers to avoid all Esso (Exxon) products until the company agrees
to support the Kyoto protocol to fight global warming.
According to its website, "Esso donated more dollars to get Bush into
the White House than any other oil company...Esso and Bush think they
can get away with polluting our world. They think they are too big for
the rest of us to stop them. They're wrong."

Campaign ExxonMobil is a shareholder campaign based in the US to convince
ExxonMobil to take a responsible position on climate change. Campaign
ExxonMobil was founded by faith and environmental groups, and works with
institutional investors, corporate governance activists and financial
analysts to highlight the financial risks of ExxonMobil's current position.

corporations makes large contributions to the Bush administration and
also behave in specific ways that are detrimental to the world in some
way. Each corporation has a specific target behavior they must engage
in for the boycott to be withdrawn. Every time an additional 10,000 individuals
sign up on this website, the corporations are notified as are each of
the individuals that have signed up. Whenever a corporation complies by
modifying their behavior, they are dropped from the list and another corporation
is added.
